A workshop can introduce CBTE language, but faculty need demonstrated competence, protected time, calibrated judgement and continuing review before they can make trustworthy decisions about a learner's ministry readiness.
Trauma-responsive CBTE should form ministers for truthful, safe and bounded care while protecting learners and communities from compelled disclosure, diagnosis and preventable re-exposure.
