BEEKAY GLOBAL is operated in Kenya by the registered proprietor of the business name Destiny Capsules. The current policy bundle has a printable version reference, while an archived copy of the exact checkout wording can be requested from support if the public policies later change.
Data requests begin through the published support route. An unresolved privacy concern may also be submitted to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
