These terms explain the BEEKAY GLOBAL service clearly. They do not remove any consumer, privacy or other right that cannot lawfully be limited.
1. When access begins
Paid access begins only after Paystack reports a successful transaction and BEEKAY GLOBAL verifies the reference, amount, currency, payment channel, purchaser and product. A browser return page or debit alert alone is not final verification. Pending payments remain pending; mismatched or reversed payments do not unlock content.
Where the offer requires a BEEKAY GLOBAL account, the purchase is attached to the signed-in account rather than to a typed email alone. Use the same purchase email on connected learning platforms.
2. Delivery methods
- eBooks: delivered through a protected PDF or EPUB link in the purchasing account. The offer or access page states the expiry and download allowance. A supplementary Systeme.io destination may also be provided.
- Teach It: released in My Teaching Series after verified payment, active Library+ access or an authorised institutional assignment. Session, resource, facilitator and trainer permissions are checked separately; protected file addresses are not published, and any stated expiry or seat allowance remains part of the licence.
- Resource Bundles: a mixed-product purchase may activate eBooks, Teach It series, courses, lectures and an optional ZIP Resource Pack independently. Successfully delivered items remain available if another included item is still processing or needs restoration.
- ZIP and Google Drive resources: opened through a signed-in Beekay Global entitlement route before redirecting to a protected Google Drive file or folder. Drive permission instructions are shown in My Bundles when applicable. This account gate is not DRM and cannot prevent a purchaser from sharing a link after it is revealed.
- Courses: automatic or guided Systeme.io enrolment, protected Google Drive delivery, a private destination, or a configured combination after payment verification.
- Lectures: private delivery through Systeme.io, protected Google Drive or an unlisted lecture destination, according to the offer configured before checkout. An unlisted link is not access-controlled after disclosure and can be shared by a recipient.
- Membership: full Insights archive and BKAI access during the active monthly card period or 30-day M-PESA pass.
- BKAI credits: added only after exact payment verification and available until their stated expiry.
3. Personal and protected access
Unless an institutional licence says otherwise, access is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and for lawful individual use. Do not share account credentials, purchased files, Google Drive or Systeme.io links, downloaded resources or private video destinations. Reasonable device changes are allowed, but automated downloading, credential sharing and circumvention of access limits may trigger a security review.
4. Duration and meaning of access
Access lasts for the period, cohort, download window, subscription or licence stated at purchase. Do not assume that an offer includes lifetime access unless its duration, continuity and discontinuation remedies are expressly defined before payment.
Card membership renews monthly until cancelled. M-PESA membership lasts 30 days and does not renew. BKAI top-ups remain valid for 30 days. eBook download windows and limits are shown in the account access record.
Bundle and Resource Pack pages state their access period and any technically enforced access or download limit. A personal licence does not permit institutional circulation; a stated institutional licence controls its permitted users, locations, printing and internal use.
5. Devices, connectivity and accessibility
You are responsible for a compatible device, current browser, safe email access and adequate connectivity. BEEKAY GLOBAL will use reasonable efforts to provide standard formats and a practical alternative where its delivery method fails. Data charges, device costs and third-party software outside the published offer are the user’s responsibility.
Contact us before purchase if you require an accessibility accommodation that may affect the format. We will consider reasonable alternatives without promising a format that cannot lawfully or technically be supplied.
6. Interruptions and restoration
Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents or internet disruption may temporarily affect delivery. Preserve your account email and transaction reference. If a confirmed purchase does not activate, we will investigate, restore access, offer an equivalent route or apply the Refund and Cancellation Policy where delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
Never create repeated payments to solve a delayed activation. Check the account transaction record and contact support first.
Where one item in a mixed bundle fails, BEEKAY GLOBAL may retry or restore that item without withdrawing resources already delivered successfully. Systeme.io enrolment may show as processing while eBooks, Drive resources and teaching series remain available.
7. Content updates and platform changes
We may correct errors, update learning content, replace an unsafe or obsolete file, or move delivery to a reasonably equivalent platform. We will not knowingly remove the core value of an active paid entitlement without an appropriate restoration, substitute or refund remedy.
8. Suspension and loss of access
Access may be suspended for a reversed payment, fraud, material breach, unlawful use, link sharing, security risk or provider/legal requirement. Where practicable, the account holder may ask for review. A lawful suspension for abuse does not create an automatic refund, but mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Currency conversion and stored prices
KES is the primary price for one-time digital products. Where automatic pricing is enabled for a product, its stored USD selling price is periodically calculated using a validated public reference exchange rate, the disclosed rounding rule and any administrator-enabled protection percentage. The reference rate is not necessarily the exchange rate used by a customer's bank or card provider.
The product page, Paystack transaction and post-payment verification use the same stored checkout price. A rate update never changes an active checkout, and a rate-source failure does not replace a valid price with zero or interrupt checkout for an already priced product.
10. Getting delivery help
Email support@drbeekayglobal.com from the purchasing account with the product title, Paystack reference, date, device/browser and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, M-PESA PINs or complete card details. Screenshots should conceal sensitive information.
