Every CBTE certificate should state who authorised it, what competence was demonstrated, which quality system assured it, what recognition it carries and where it can genuinely lead.
CBTE may reduce relocation and classroom costs, but credible formation requires sustained investment in mentors, assessment, learner protection, digital evidence, recognition and independent quality assurance.
CBTE needs evidence of knowing, being and doing, but spiritual formation must never become intrusive surveillance, coerced disclosure or unreviewable mentor judgement.
