About this resource
Overview
The work of leadership includes preparing other people to lead. Leadership training asks how people can grow in character, judgement and competence so that service continues and others are equipped to contribute. These lectures approach that task through three connected questions. What kind of leader are we seeking to form? How do people learn and change? What relationships, practices and structures help that growth continue? The three parts move from biblical and theological foundations to learning design and then to the culture and methods of leadership development.
