Women’s Leadership Needs Institutional Architecture, Not Exceptional Endurance

An institution has not solved women’s under-representation when a few remarkable women survive an unequal route to authority. Fair leadership requires transparent pathways, workable conditions, real decision rights, resources, protection and evidence that women can enter, remain and succeed without carrying hidden institutional costs.
