The educational question begins after the launch. Can a lecturer in a smaller institution obtain useful computing access? Can faculty adapt curriculum rather than merely download it? Can learners demonstrate competence across different languages and professional contexts? Can institutions investigate failure without fearing that funding or prestige will disappear?
