About the book

Read with purpose.

This book brings together three realities that must work in harmony if a church is to remain healthy over time: leadership, management, and governance. These are the three stewardship pillars of sustainable ministry. Leadership gives direction. Management gives order. Governance gives accountability. When any one of them is weak, the ministry eventually feels the strain. A church may preach powerfully and still suffer from poor systems. It may worship vibrantly and yet remain vulnerable in stewardship. It may have a gifted founder and no continuity plan, a board and no governance culture, resources and no strategy, or vision and no structures capable of carrying that vision into the future.

Who this book is for

Church founders preparing for continuity; Board members strengthening accountability; Ministry leaders responsible for turning resources into a workable plan

What this book equips you to do

This book will help churches become spiritually alive, administratively wise, and structurally trustworthy.
